Most brands are live and selling within 7–14 days. Migrations from Shopify or BigCommerce add a couple days. Pilot brands get hands-on help from our team — we do the heavy lifting and walk you through every step.

Sign up & pick your industry preset
Create your account, name your brand, pick your vertical (Fishing, Hunting, Archery, Camping, Paddle, Climb, Snow, Cycling, or custom). We seed a starter category tree and the attribute set your buyers shop on. Edit anything you want.

Add products
Bulk import from CSV (we have templates for each preset) or add manually in admin. Each product gets brand-defined attributes, variants, images, and inventory. We help with the migration if you're coming from another platform.

Connect Stripe
10-minute Stripe Connect onboarding embedded in your admin. Personal info, business info, bank account for payouts. Stripe Tax is on by default — register your nexus states once.

Set up shipping
Configure shipping zones with weight-based or flat rates, or connect Shippo for live USPS/UPS/FedEx rates (Pro). Define your origin location, packaging defaults, and free-shipping threshold.

Brand your storefront
Upload logo, set your colors, pick fonts. Drop in your hero photography. Build your home page from blocks (hero, product grid, pro staff grid, photo gallery, etc.). Configure your About, FAQ, Contact, and policy pages.

Connect your domain
Point your DNS at Outerpack — we issue SSL automatically. Or launch on a yourbrand.outerpack.app subdomain first while DNS propagates.

Soft launch & test
Place a real test order on yourself. Walk through fulfillment, refund a line item, issue a coupon code. Confirm pixels, emails, and tax are all firing correctly.

Public launch
Send the announce email. Push the social posts. We monitor for any first-day issues and we're a Slack message away.
