Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026
1. Who we are
The Outerpack platform ("Outerpack," "we," "us") is a service of Wolff Creative ("Wolff Creative"), located in the United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform, including the website at outerpack.com, the brand admin dashboards, the customer-facing storefronts we host on your behalf, and any related services.
2. Who these terms apply to
These Terms apply to brand customers of Outerpack — companies that use our platform to operate an e-commerce store. End shoppers transacting on a brand's storefront are governed by that brand's own terms and policies, not these.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your brand. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@outerpack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription, fees, and payments
You agree to the plan and pricing displayed at signup or in your most recent order form. Plans renew monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. We pass through Stripe's payment processing fees at cost. Application fees (the percentage Outerpack takes per order) are deducted before transfer to your connected Stripe account.
We may change pricing for subsequent billing periods on at least 60 days' notice.
5. Your content and your customers
You own your content — products, copy, photography, customer data — period. We process it solely to provide the service. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train models. If you cancel, you can export everything in standard formats.
Your end customers' relationship is with you, not Outerpack. We are a processor of their data on your behalf. You are the merchant of record on every order placed at your storefront.
6. Acceptable use
You won't use Outerpack to:
- sell products prohibited by law in jurisdictions you ship to;
- violate intellectual property rights;
- send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise harm shoppers;
- circumvent platform security or other tenants' data isolation;
- operate a marketplace that resells Outerpack's services as your own.
We reserve the right to suspend service for violations. We'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to cure where the law permits.
7. Stripe and payments
Outerpack integrates with Stripe Connect. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. You're the merchant of record on every transaction. Outerpack does not hold your funds.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't commit to a specific SLA outside of Enterprise contracts. We'll make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance.
9. Warranty and liability
Outerpack is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the amounts you paid Outerpack in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate for material breach (with notice and a chance to cure where reasonable) or for non-payment. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data; after that, we'll delete it on a rolling schedule subject to our backup retention.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here and email account owners for any material change. Continued use after the change is acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TO BE DETERMINED — typically the state of Wolff Creative's registered office], excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that state.
