What about Stripe processing fees?
Outerpack's percentage is the platform fee — separate from Stripe's payment processing. Stripe currently charges 2.9% + 30¢ per US card transaction (a bit more for international, less for ACH/Link). Those fees are deducted by Stripe before payout to your bank account. You'll see them broken out clearly in your payouts dashboard.
What about taxes?
Stripe Tax is included on every plan. It auto-calculates US sales tax based on your nexus and the customer's ship-to address. You're still responsible for filing in states where you have nexus — Stripe Tax can hand off to a filing partner for an extra fee.
